School records show that the Lincoln Academy Class of 1910 included class members Leon Achorn, Thomas Ashworth, Alice Boynton, Raymond Curtis, Sadie Cushman, Nellie Davidson, Maurice Day, Edwin Gamage, Thurlow Hussey, Christine Huston, Gertrude Huston, Melville King, Celia McCobb, Joseph Murphy, Thomas Nisbet, Ruth Pearson, Laura Pinkham, Geneva Poland, Harold Sheaff, Nannie Soule, Arthur Stetson, Vinal Tibbetts, Maurice Tomlinson, Dorothea Waltz, and Helen Weeks. However, the specific identities of the individuals in this photo is unknown.

Lincoln Academy in Newcastle was chartered in 1801 by the General Court of Massachusetts 'for the purpose of promoting Piety, Religion, and Morality' and is the fourth oldest secondary school in Maine that is still in existence as of 2022.
