1 Flint Street is the tax record for a single family house located in Bridgton and owned by Casco Mercantile Trust Company and Roy Allen at the date of this survey, around 1938. The assessor later updated the card to reflect ownership by Joseph Pelletier.

The address given is the address at the time of the survey, and has probably changed. The card references a deed dated 1929; this is not the date of the photograph.
