Description
The crew of the S.D. Warren Paper Mill's Box Shop in the 1930s.

Though S. D. Warren died in 1888, the mill continued to grow through the 20th century, employing close to 3,000 Westbrook residents. Then in 1995 the company was bought by Sappi Limited, which outsourced most of the jobs to South Africa.
As of 2013, the mill employs about 300 people, but continues to be a presence in the city of Westbrook.
