Pictured is the home of Gilbert Brown where Eunice Young, a teacher, boarded while she taught school in Limestone during 1909. Written on the front of the photograph "Limestone - teacher boarded here Gilbert Brown."
This photograph comes from the collection of Miss Eunice Young, also known as Eunice Flood Coggins, from Lamoine Maine. The Eunice Flood collection was donated to the Robert A. Frost Memorial Library in 1980.
