Description
Immanuel Baptist Church's building at High and Deering Streets in Portland was was dedicated in 1928
In 1810, the First Free Baptist Church congregation organized. In 1836, the Free Street Baptist church organized, and in 1922 these two organizations merged to become the Immanuel Baptist Church and purchased land for a new building.
