Tin Bridge Wreck, Bangor, 1871, 1871

Description

A view of the "Tin Bridge Wreck" that occurred on the 9th of August 1871. Buggies and coaches filled with doctors and spectators quickly arrived at the scene. Over the next few days, some 10,000 people came to view the wreckage and to take photographs.
