This advertisement for the Bay View House on Hewes Point offers a picture of the building and its location on the water. It reads "Bay View House, M.S. Coniglio, Proprietor. Hewes Point, Islesboro Maine. Long distance telephone."

Inside are more photos of the hotel and Hewes Point, describing the amenities the area has to offer.

Hewes Point developed as Islesboro's second summer resort in the 1870s.
