Dr. Rockwell's Mustard Plaster, a humor magazine produced by George Lovejoy Rockwell of Boothbay Harbor, a Vaudeville performer and author of a long-running humor column in Down East magazine.

The issue's subtitle is "A literary counter-irritant for sore dispositions and lame laugh muscles."
