Description
Josiah Pierce (1792-1866) of Gorham wrote to his sister Hannah Pierce (1788-1873) of Baldwin, discussing his business and offering advice on her desire to sell several houses in Westbrook.
Hannah Pierce may have inherited the properties when her father died in 1830.
