Description
The first account of the inventory of Josiah Pierce (1756-1830), a proprietor of Flintstown, later Baldwin.
The inventory included his personal property such as his library, items of food and clothing, timber and shingles, notes he held and various investments.
After expenses, the value of the personal property was listed as $4383.73.
Pierce's sons, Josiah and George W., were administrators of the estate.
