Description
Seth Gordon was born in Fryeburg in 1830. He was a country physician in Gorham who joined the 13th Maine as assistant surgeon during the Civil War.
He enlisted in Co. S of the 13th Maine on Nov. 28, 1861 and was mustered out on May 5, 1863.
After the war, he became a gynecologist in Portland and served as president of the Maine Medical Association.
