Architecture commission for F. H. Hazelton at an unknown address, circa 1900. The commission is associated with John Calvin Stevens. This item is part of the Stevens Architects drawings and records collection.
Franklin Herbert Hazelton (b. 1859) may have lived in this house. He was the son of Ivory H Hazeltine and Lucy Ellen Hazeltine, and husband of Magdalene (Maggie) Hazelton. His children were Everett Luce Hazelton; Philip Thobum Hazelton and Margaret Hazelton. He died sometime before 1910.
