Description
Mr. Gifford, employee Lottie T. Colby, and an unknown woman readied H. T. Weeks & Co. and post office for the 4th of July celebration.
Ladders were still in place after the buntings and flags were hung from top to bottom. A picture of George Washington covered the attic window. Part of Bibber's bandstand was visible on the far left.
