Constance Dowd Grant, first camper, Camp Runoia, Belgrade Lakes, ca. 1986

Description

Constance Dowd was the first camper enrolled at Camp Runoia in 1907. She returned to camp in 1922 at Belgrade Lakes and worked for years, eventually taking over as camp director. After marrying Albert Grant, she continued to run the camp. She died in 1948.
