The steamboat Minnehaha was hauled ashore at Norcross for repairs, including removing the boiler.
The boat was later returned to water and remained in service on the West Branch lakes until 1934, as part of the Norcross Transportation Company fleet. The Minnehaha measured about 40 feet long with a 13 foot beam.
