Description

The 1909 Stevens Duryea, Model Y, was built by the Stevens Duryea Co. of Chicopee Falls, Massachusetts, from 1906 to 1923.

The Stevens Duryea was nicknamed the "Twentieth Century Hustler" and used the slogan "There Is No Better Motor Car." It was a high quality, high priced car. The Duryea was shaft driven and had a 3 point engine support. The engine was a 9.6 liter, 6 cylinder horizontal engine with 50 H.P.

The vehicle cost $5,000 when new.
