Town of Troy selectmen held a field day for local citizens that reviewed forestry techniques suggested by state extension and forestry officials.They demonstrated best forestry practice techniques.
The field day was held at the Seavey Piper farm. Events such of this were held to provide skills for local land owners who were transitioning out of traditional farming.
