Description
An unidentified ceremony at the Bancroft Cottage at Good Will Home in Fairfield include musicians on the porch of the residential cottage.
On the walk in front of the cottage is a Good Will boy, who appears to be wearing a Scout uniform. Scouting and camping were important parts of the Good Will experience for orphans and other needy children.
