The Ripple Steamboat is seen here in East Cove on Moosehead Lake perhaps taking on wood for the boiler. The Ripple was built by Sheldon S. Davis of Greenville Junction. The Coburn Steamboat Co. used the steamer to transport people and merchandise from 1881 to 1891, when it was broken up.
