The Exposition Building in Portland, commonly known as The Expo, was built in 1914 at a cost of roughly $81,000. It is the second oldest arena still in operation in the United States. The arena holds 3,100 seats and is home to the Maine Red Claws, an NBA-D League Team. Celebrity figures such as Babe Ruth have made appearances at the Expo. In addition to the first-floor arena, the basement level was home to the Cafe Dumont.
