Description

Thirteen nations sent ski racers to compete at the 1971 World Cup at Sugarloaf. This image shows the "Parade of Nations" at the beginning of the opening ceremonies.

The signs with the nation's names are being carried by young members of the Sugarloaf Junior Ski Racing Competition Program. The countries represented were USA, Canada, France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Spain, Norway, Poland, Brazil, Great Britain, Lichtenstein and Australia.
