Description

Many hand-painted signs that appeared throughout Maine during the ice storm of January 1998 were pleas for power to restored to the homes.

This sign, saved by Central Maine Power Co. crews, thanked CMP and crews from other locales for their work in restoring electrical service after the severe storm.
