A Central Maine Power Co. survey of the rural area of Edgecomb and Boothbay in Lincoln County determined the number of houses and other buildings to determine the feasibility of running electric lines in less populated areas.
The map shows existing electric lines in blue, roads with more than two houses per mile in green, and roads with fewer than two houses per mile in red.
