Photograph of Jonathan Poor's murals on the interior walls of Jonathan Russ's house in Farmington. Jonathan Russ was an early settler of Farmington. Jonathan Poor was the nephew of Rufus Porter, both of whom were itinerant painters who would paint murals in homes in exchange for room and board and a little money. Photograph taken sometime between 1940 and 1960 before the house was torn down.
