St Matthew’s Episcopal Church Interview

The Reverend Nancy Platt gladly volunteered to be interviewed. She was very happy to tell her piece about what happened during the ice storm to St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.

Q: Who took care of the church during the ice storm?
A: The Reverend Nancy Platt took care of the church during the ice storm.

Q: Was the church damaged?
A: No it wasn’t. But branches and power lines were down and the heat and electricity was off.

Q: Did people still go to church?
A: Yes, they still had services by candle light on Sunday morning’s until they got the power turned back on.
