Description
Garland's Veteran Memorial Plaque and Wilbur Monroe Stone. Monroe was the only casualty from Garland in WWII.
This memorial is for Civil War, WWI and WWII veterans.
This Memorial Site is across the road from the Garland Baptist Church.
