Ebenezer Fellows and Benjamin Whitney gave this deposition about the land supposedly belonging to Thomas Purchace [Purchase] near the Ten Mile Falls area. They gave their deposition before John Merrill, Justice of the Peace in Topsham, Maine, June 15, 1787
