Description
The manuscript map #60 of Harpswell, Lot 8, June 17, 1771 was commissioned by the Pejepscot Purchase Company.
The lands depicted in this map are bordered by Middle Bay to the west and northwest and by the "Mereconege River" to the south and southeast. The Mereconege River is now known as Harpswell Sound.
