John Davison letter from Veracruz, Mexico, February 17, 1846

John Davison wrote to his wife, Eliza Ann Davison of Augusta, about the difficulties of his voyage to Veracruz, Mexico, in a schooner overloaded with iron and in poor condition. He described the Veracruz area. He sent regards to his son, Caleb, and other relatives.
