Description
By the early 20th century, the bunny slipper, a childhood staple, appeared in illustrations and advertisements. This pair belonged to Carolyn Ross Manchester (1924-2013) an economist and financial analyst from Portland. The hand-made wool slippers were trimmed in satin, with black thread whiskers and beaded eyes.
