Description
A khaki colored woman's cotton two-piece gym suit, with a sailor collar top. An interior label reads "Patriot Brand / Style 2 / Size 18." A label in the matching bloomers reads "Patriot Brand / Style1025 / Size1627."
The sailor collar is trimmed in three rows of white cotton, with an embroidered star at each corner. The bloomers open along the left side, fastened with three buttons. The buttons are made from vegetable ivory. The gym suit dates from the 1920s, or perhaps into the early 1930s.
