This sleeveless blue party dress is indicative of rising hemlines in the early to mid 1920s. The beaded silk chiffon dress has a scooped neckline and a flared skirt, with a classic 1920s dropped waistline, and a narrow blue beaded sash as a decorative belt. The dress is slightly longer in the front and back, and shorter on each side.
