Description
Colonel Frank Hume in Cuba during the time of the Spanish American War, 1898.
Col. Hume lead the 1st Maine Artillery while in Cuba. Hume went on to the fight in WWI and received the "Distinguished Service Medal" as well as the french "Croix de Guerre".
