property at Verrill Street Lot 216 in Riverton, Portland, was owned by Sophia Drummond in 1924. No use listed. Note on back: This structure was built on concrete piers about 4' high but has been blown off of its piers. It has no roof but has 6 x 8 sills, 2 x 8 floor timbers, 2 x 3 Framing, 2 x 4 roof timbers all in good condition together with the boards for some one to take down and use. Value 25- as salvage lumber.
