Keens Corner School grads, Leeds, 1901

Contributed by Leeds Historical Society

Description

A horse-drawn wagon with several young women in white who rode in the Leeds graduation parade in 1901.

They are shown here with the Lothrop farm in the background and the store at Leeds Center draped with buntings.

The signs say "Keens Corner School" and "Graduates 1901."

Monument Hill in the far background. At the extreme right is a building that probably was the blacksmith shop.
