The Lot Plan of Baldwin and Sebago, circa 1820, lists property owners or land grantees. Nearby Hiram formed in 1814 and Sebago formed in 1826.

Names on the plan include: Prescott's Grant, Potter, Jones, Richardson, Gardner, Brown, Porter, Bowers, Hobbs, Peirce, Fitch, Barker, Sanborn, Turner, Flint, Mills, Turner. Natural features on the plan include: Hancock Brook, Hancock Pond, Peabody Pond, Muddy River, Sebago Pond, and Saco River.
