Description

"Here we see a heavy-duty truck frame being fabricated in the shops for the Lombard Tractor & Truck Company. In earlier days, Lombard was known for its steam-powered log haulers, which pulled long logs out of the woods to yards or railroad sidings."--Fletcher, David H. 'The Portland Company 1846-1982.'
