Waldo Street Fire, Rumford, 1923

A fireman works to extinguish the destructive Waldo Street fire in Rumford which took place on August 2, 1923. Although the fire was put out within six hours, water pressure was so low that it was inadequate to reach the upper stories of the burning buildings.
