Description
Roxanna Hunt of Bath wrote to her son William Hunt who was working as a ship caulker away from home.
She reported on family activities, including how family members "prosper in the way of fish," saying "they get quite a number of alewives, but not a great deal of anything else."
She also reminded him of his promise to "seek Christ religion."
The letter also has a brief comment from his sister Peggy.
