Description
One of several Fred Johnson photographs of the annual Waterford Winter Carnival. The Waterford Winter Carnival started in 1926 by the newly formed Oxford County United Parish. The Winter Carnival continued to be held until the beginning of World War II. This photo shows the ski jumping competition.
