Construction supervisors, Sebago Lake, 1924

Description

In 1924, the Portland Water District started construction of a new water intake and conduit system at Sebago Lake. James J. Renchan, superintendent of the tunnel job and Harry U. Fuller, chief engineer of the Portland Water District, visited the construction site to monitor progress.

The December 9th edition of the "Portland Evening Express" devoted a full-page article to the project.
