The daughter of Sumner Kimball and Carrie Walker, Ruth Catherine Kimball was born in Lovell.
The photo depicts her at age 8, July 4, 1898.
She married Charles F. Stanford, and was a longtime resident of Lovell. She served as Tax Collector for many years.
