Contributed by Kennebec Valley Community College Archive

This is a letter of appreciation from the Waterville Superintendent of Schools, Buford Grant. Carlton Fogg worked for Waterville High School in various capacities from 1953 to 1970. He continued to teach even as he took on greater responsibilities as the Director of the Waterville Regional Vocational Center that was located at the Waterville High School. Grant writes, "You have demonstrated, over the years, that you are willing to do more than your share and have spent many extra hours in planning and developing the new expansion program in vocational education at the high school."
