The caption on this postcard reads, "The Bowl, Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Maine." This pond sits behind the small mountain, the Beehive, and near Sargent Mountain Pond, both areas along the Park Loop Road in Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island.
