Description
Back view of the Vanity Fair Tea Room and Guest House built in 1850 and owned by Edwin and Edna E. Goodwin. The homestead was situated between Mrs. Clarence Lord's and Fred Warren's homes and located at 1293 Surry Road between Blue Hill and Ellsworth. The property was sold in 1926 to Charles and Gertrude Minnigerode of Baltimore, Maryland. Mrs. Minnigerode was hostess of the Guest House. The Tea Room served southern cuisine and included a gift shop.
