Description
Voter registration list for the Town of Baldwin with an additional notice from the selectmen, "...that the selectmen of the town of Baldwin, will be in session, at the dwelling house of Richard Fitch Esquire in said town on the fourth day of March next from nine to eleven of the clock in the forenoon, of said day, to receive evidence, of the qualifications of voters, whose names are not inserted on the foregoing list, and to enter the same thereon...Josiah Pierce, William Fitch and Joseph Richardson."
