Description
This photo looks north from Lubec's one-block-long Somersville Street with a wide angle lens. The large house to the right is the longtime McGonigal residence. As of 2011 the field is still there. The house on the left edge remains occupied, its open porch since enclosed. The next house, front obscured by a tree, appears to be the same, and definitely the next. The other residences have been replaced. This is a postcard bearing a Lubec postmark dated March 24, 1913.
