Description
A black fur men's top hat, probably beaver, has a gold, blue, and white striped silk lining. It has a stamp inside for "B. Greenough & Co., Portland, Me."
The Greenough Block was at Middle and Free streets. Byron Greenough sold men's furs and outerwear.
