Description
Thomas F. O'Neil of South Portland made the painting of the Dyer House, the first brick house in Cape Elizabeth.
He exhibited the painting at the Portland Society of Art in 1919.
O'Neil, a steam fitter, was also a member of the local artist group "The Brushians." He was a long-time member of the Portland Society of Art, served as its curator, and was on the "hanging committee."
