Description

William E. Cooper wrote the words and music of the "sentimental ballad," "Now the Flowers Bloom Above Her."

Cooper also wrote "Up and Down the Penobscot" and "March and Two Step."

L. A. Clark arranged the music. Cooper published it at Camden in 1905.
